Yes. At Frollo, we pride ourselves on your security above all else. We use bank-grade security, this means we employ the same security as your bank app.
  • No bank information is stored on your phone or computer with Frollo
  • Frollo cannot make any changes to your financial accounts
  • Frollo cannot approve payments or fund transfers

Frollo connects to your banking apps and reads all your transactions. It syncs up all your spending and savings, so you always know where you stand financially.
It’s completely free to download and use.
No problem. It will be one of two things:
  1. Your bank has changed a screen layout and we need you to login in again. OR
  2. We need to send off a fresh data request to the bank in question.
We try to avoid these things and keep all your data up to date as possible.
I don’t know about you, but we certainly have way too many passwords these days. So if you forget, like we sometimes do, just click on ‘forgot my password’ and we will email you a link to reset it. Remember never share your Frollo password with anyone else. We recommend you secure your app with Touch Id and a pin to ensure that only you can see your Frollo data.
Yes, you can. Just go to settings, add accounts and search for your investment account in the list of financial institutions. In the unlikely event that you can’t find it, please let us know via the feedback link in the settings section of the app and we will add it.

We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you do want to stop using Frollo, simply unlink your accounts and delete the app from your device. And when you do, we’d love you to drop us a note to tell us why you are leaving
Tags are attached to every transaction. It allows you to group your spending into sections e.g. groceries, bills, rent or clothing.
When you view a transaction, all you need to do is swipe left and chose the most appropriate and helpful tag for you.
